Vitamin C

Lately, I've been really taking charge of my skin care so that I have beautiful skin. I researched and have found that vitamin C will do wonders for my skins  overall appearance. It will aid immensely in cell turn over, which improves skins texture, color, and tone. I'm super excited to reap the benefits of using vitamin c for radiant skin. Right now, I am using a vitamin c facial toner at night, and pairing it with a clinical dark spot corrector potent in vitamin c. In conjunction with my Clarisonic, I expect and receive the fresh glowing skin I deserve. I'm looking forward to all of the compliments that I receive about my skin. Here's to you dermis!

Showin' Some Love

I'm here to show some love to some of the tools that I've wanted. I received the Clarisonic Mia, Glo Brilliant system, and a few other beauty products. I have only been on my new beauty regime for a few days now, but I am super optimistic with the results that I'm going to achieve from these tools. I will remain patient, as these transformations will take time, but I am ready to play the waiting game because happiness is worth it! So, on to some loves that I love about my tools..

Prepping for Beauty Tools

I'm prepping my body for my beauty tools in order to create a healthy canvas for my beauty tools to be more effective. I am eating healthy fruits and vegetables, drinking lots of water, and significantly reducing my alcohol consumption. This will improve my skin and overall health. I have also made a commitment to get eight hours of sleep at night. This will keep me energized and give my skin a fresh glow. For my teeth, I am using a whitening toothpaste and mouthwash in preparation for my whitening treatments becoming more effective. I am also avoiding foods that are prone to staining. My overall preparations for my skin and teeth, lead into my fitness. It's going to be so much more easy to tone up and look better and better!

This is a rewarding experience!

Routine fitness

My body as a whole is important. Health and wellness are like magnets when my body is shown appreciation. I will appreciate my body by keeping it maintained and fit. I will create the best body I can outwards Being the best means always getting better. An established routine needs to be put in place, as this will take self-disipline.

Routine:
1. Varied physical activity for thirty minutes or more for five days a week
2. Yoga
3. Gym day
4. Dance
5. Jog
6. Group class

With persistence and consistence, I will create my best body!

Routines Care

An established routine is essential for self-disipline.

Facial:
1. Remove makeup with remover
2. Use cleanser (Cetaphil) with Clarisonic
3. Apply facial toner (Witch Hazel)
4. Apply facial moisturizer (Clinique) or night treatment (Clinique)
5. Apply eye cream at night

Teeth:
1.Brush Teeth twice a day with Sonicare toothbrush
2. Floss at night
3. Use whitening mouthwash
4. Whitening treatments (Glo Brilliant Whitening System)

Body:
1. Exfoliate with body brush with exfoliant product
2. Apply cleanser and wash body
3. Apply body moisturizer generously

Once every 3 days:
1. Shave excessive body hair
2. Apply facial mask
3. Overnight hand and foot treatment

Outside

A significant part of being great, is knowing that I look good. The better I feel I look on the outside, the more of my beauty radiates from within. Looking physically attractive is important to me, and I strive to look my best everyday. I look my best, so that I may feel the best. When I feel the best, I am happy. Happiness is the ultimate.

The skin helps to reveal the inner being of a person. It must always look and feel the best. When I see my skin, I want to see it glow. It looks healthy, youthful, and attractive. This creates intense feelings of confidence and health. These feelings make me happy.

When I smile, I want the world to stop and stare. This means having a bright smile and white teeth. White teeth create feelings of beauty, confidence, and health. These feelings make me happy.

In order to improve and maintain, these are steps to achieve the inevidible:

Self-Love Devotion

Forget about the material things, if only for a moment. It's about appreciating and loving myself. Inside of those clothes, jewelry, makeup, and fragrance is a radiant soul housed by this incredible human being. I will radiate to my fullest potential. I will maintain my body and shower it with self-care. My outer appearance will glow making way for my soul to shine through, so that the universe recognizes the beauty that is me.  I will fill my body with nutritious foods and water. I will improve my features consistently. I will exercise my body.
