Prepping for Beauty Tools

I'm prepping my body for my beauty tools in order to create a healthy canvas for my beauty tools to be more effective. I am eating healthy fruits and vegetables, drinking lots of water, and significantly reducing my alcohol consumption. This will improve my skin and overall health. I have also made a commitment to get eight hours of sleep at night. This will keep me energized and give my skin a fresh glow. For my teeth, I am using a whitening toothpaste and mouthwash in preparation for my whitening treatments becoming more effective. I am also avoiding foods that are prone to staining. My overall preparations for my skin and teeth, lead into my fitness. It's going to be so much more easy to tone up and look better and better!

This is a rewarding experience!
