Routine fitness

My body as a whole is important. Health and wellness are like magnets when my body is shown appreciation. I will appreciate my body by keeping it maintained and fit. I will create the best body I can outwards Being the best means always getting better. An established routine needs to be put in place, as this will take self-disipline.

Routine:
1. Varied physical activity for thirty minutes or more for five days a week
2. Yoga
3. Gym day
4. Dance
5. Jog
6. Group class

With persistence and consistence, I will create my best body!
